procrastinate:
  1. 늑장부리다, 꾸물거리다
  2. (자꾸) 미루다, 연기하다-nà·tor n. 지연시키는 사람, 형세 관망가
nuisance: bother, trouble, annoy

fad: 변덕;일시적 유행;일시적 열중, 유별난 취미; 《영》 (음식물 등에) 까다로움 fad words 유행어 the latest fads 최신 유행 go in fads {(일시적으로)} 유행하다 have a fad for …에 열중하다

bring on 야기하다.
ex. Most Americans who fly have become accustomed to longer airport delays brought on by more intense security.

be on orders from ~로 부터의 명령을 받다.
ex. It's on orders from the government.

in behalf of: for the benefit ofl in ther interest of
ex. Most Korean parents are willing to sacrifice their own enjoyment and comfort in behalf of their kids' educational opportunities.

vice versa: The reverse, the other way round
[보통 and ~로;생략문으로서] 거꾸로, 반대로, 역 (逆) 도 또한 같음 《略 v.v.》
ex. The employee really likes his boss and vice versa.

trickle-down effect: Idea that financial benefits to big business (eg. tax cuts) will pass down to smaller businesses and individuals (eg. less unemployment)
ex. The trickle-down effect helped the economy get out of a recession.
